If there is an issue, please contact our support line immediately (the number is clearly displayed on every machine). We aim to respond to service calls with a same-day policy to minimize downtime. In some cases, our remote technology may even allow us to issue a remote vend/refund instantly.
Are NT Vending machines insured?
